An eye test is one of the prerequisites for acquiring a driving license in the United Arab Emirates. The test, however, shall be conducted by centers that have been approved by the Road and Transport Authority (RTA). For new driver license issuing and renewals, the store provides eye tests authorized by RTA in Dubai. In addition, the Abu Dhabi Police Department and the Sharjah Police Department both trust the eye care center to conduct driving license eye tests.

The cost of having your eyes tested in an RTA-approved eye-test center ranges from AED 130 to AED 180.
