The steps are as follows:
- Prepare your Container number.
- Go to www.dubaitrade.ae homepage
- Click on the Service Center > DP World > Container Enquiry
- Enter the number of the container without any spaces.
- Press the “Submit” button.
- Locate your most recent shipment status.
- If the container is available in the system, then all the details will display
- A storage calculator is also available on the same page for FCL (Full Container Load) cargo.

Shipping agents can now use an online electronic delivery order service to replace the old method of manual submission, money collection, and delivery order issuance to importers
eDO for ‘Shipping Agent’ such as Charge Collection for Handling, Demurrage, DO Charge, and so on, and issuing Delivery Orders online by using the following services:
Steps to Take:
Go to www.dubaitrade.ae and log in with your username and password.
Click on the service “Delivery Order”
Then “Upload BOL Details” (.txt/ .xls)
Uploaded details can verify using ‘Monitor File Upload’
Submitted DO request (by Importers) can check using Track Request
Shipping Agent can be verified or rejected all submitted DO request
