The Dubai Access Club is a new invitation only programme that pairs a five year multiple entry tourist visa with spending credit and partner privileges for people who come back to Dubai regularly. Dubai’s residency authority and the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism published the full details in the first week of November 2026, after the Crown Prince of Dubai announced the scheme.

What members receive
- A five year multiple entry tourist visa, with stays of up to 90 days at a time within a one year period, subject to approval by Dubai residency.
- Up to AED 2,000 in credit to spend across a selected list of hotels, attractions and retail destinations in the emirate.
- The Alsaada tourist card, issued by Dubai residency, which carries more than 20 offers and promotions around the city.
- A free prepaid SIM card from du, handed to members when they land at the airport.
Hotel room upgrades, airport lounge access and early booking windows for events have been listed as further benefits, and more partner offers are expected to be added later.
Fees
| Item | Amount |
|---|---|
| Application fee (membership plus the five year visa) | AED 4,032.50 |
| Extra charge if you apply from inside the UAE | AED 650 |
Paying guarantees nothing. The application still goes to Dubai residency for review, and only an approval activates the membership. No official processing time has been published, so plan around your travel dates rather than a promised turnaround.
How to join
There is no open application window. Invitations to the Dubai Access Club come through selected corporate, tourism and hospitality partners, and through partner loyalty programmes, with Emirates Skywards, Accor and Visa among the first names confirmed. Anyone interested can register their details and wait to be contacted, which is not the same thing as being invited.
Invited applicants then complete an online form and upload a personal photo, a passport copy, a six month bank statement, proof of health insurance and a return air ticket, before paying the fee. If the visa is approved, the visa and the membership confirmation arrive by email.
Is Dubai Access Club worth the money
That depends entirely on how often you fly in. For someone visiting two or three times a year, one fee covering five years of entries plus AED 2,000 of credit stacks up well against repeated short visit visas and the cost of extending them. For a one off holiday, an ordinary tourist visa is far cheaper. Residents should also note that this is a visitor scheme, not a route to residency.
Because everything hinges on a nomination, the practical first step is to check whether an airline or hotel loyalty programme you already belong to is a partner. Visitors who are not invited can still apply for a standard tourist visa in the usual way, and Dubai has recently moved tourist visa applications to its own platform. Entry rules and fees for all visa types are listed on the UAE government portal, and it is worth confirming current conditions there before you book travel on the strength of an invitation.
